Your order progresses through three carefully managed stages:

Each product is inspected and prepared before dispatch.
2. Dispatch and international transport — 6–8 business days
Once approved, the order is handed over to our logistics network and travels to the destination country.
3. Local delivery — 2–3 business days
The local carrier completes the final delivery and updates the tracking information.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Times are approximate and may vary slightly due to public holidays, carrier congestion, customs procedures or additional controls required by certain destination countries. The ordinary maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days from purchase.
Standard shipping is DDP: the price paid at checkout is final, and the customer pays no additional import duties, taxes or clearance fees upon delivery. FedEx Express is DDU only when expressly selected by the customer, and import charges may apply.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Visible damage, an incorrect item or another issue detectable upon delivery should be reported within 48 hours with photographs or video. Please include your order number when contacting us.
