Shipping
1 – ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Once processed, the order enters our logistics handling and dispatch system. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 1–4 days.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 10–15 days under normal operating conditions, depending on destination and carrier operations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs procedures, carrier workload, seasonal demand, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur. In any case, the maximum delivery period shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the processing date, in accordance with applicable regulations.
2 – SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We offer free standard shipping.
To ensure same-day processing, orders should be placed before 2:00 p.m. (cut-off time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including a valid phone number and email address. Arstore is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
3 – DELIVERY
Carriers operate Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery times do not account for local holidays at destination.
Delivery is considered completed once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Arstore cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery due to absence or access restrictions, further attempts may be made in accordance with the carrier’s policy. If the shipment is held at a local facility and not collected within the allowed timeframe, it may be returned.
4 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter the logistics and dispatch process.
Once an order has been processed and forwarded to our logistics network, cancellation is no longer possible. At this stage, shipping coordination, handling procedures and international transport arrangements have already been initiated.
If a cancellation request is received after processing, the order will not be eligible for cancellation.
5 – UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Repeated absence
• Failure to collect from the carrier facility
• Refusal to accept the shipment
The order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping and handling costs.
If the package is returned due to customer-related reasons, a partial refund may be issued excluding shipping, logistics and handling expenses.
6 – SHIPPING LIABILITY
Arstore shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, transportation disruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.
