1 - WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?


Orders are processed Monday through Friday (business days).

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from the date of purchase. Once processed, they arrive at our warehouse within 1–4 days for quality verification. After verification, the order is shipped within 8–10 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated total delivery time: up to 15 business days. Sometimes there are interruptions in shipping (demonstrations, weather changes and other uncontrollable events) and this can lengthen the order reception process, but always with a maximum of 1 month from the date your order is processed.


2 - SHIPPING CONDITIONS:


Shipping is free due to the extended delivery process.

To ensure delivery times are met, please place your order before 2:00 p.m. (cut-off time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Please note that the cut-off time may vary depending on the carrier; as a reference, it is 2:00 p.m.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. We also track all deliveries and will contact you if any issue arises. For this reason, please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order.


3 - DELIVERY TIME AND DAY:


Carriers operate Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Estimated delivery times do not account for local or regional holidays at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at origin.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. The usual delivery time is up to 15 business days, with a maximum of 1 month from the order’s processing date. If the carrier is unable to locate you, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled with you. If the second attempt fails, you will need to collect your order from the carrier’s local office.


4 - ORDERS NOT DELIVERED:


If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, failure to collect from the carrier’s office, etc.), no refund will be issued, and new shipping costs will be required to resend the order.
