Orders are processed Monday through Friday (business days).

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from the date of purchase. Once processed, they arrive at our warehouse within 1–4 days for quality verification. After verification, the order is shipped within 8–10 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated total delivery time: max. 15 business days. Sometimes there are interruptions in shipping (demonstrations, weather changes and other uncontrollable events) and this can lengthen the order reception process, but always with a maximum of 1 month from the date your order is processed.
