Shipping policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed at Ar Store are prepared, shipped and delivered.

1 – ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are prepared and undergo a quality control process within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. All products are inspected before shipment.

Once preparation has been completed and the order has been physically handed over to the logistics operator, standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 10–15 business days.

Therefore, the usual overall timeframe may consist of 2–4 business days for order preparation plus approximately 10–15 business days for transit, depending on the destination and the different stages of the logistics process.

All timeframes provided are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by export or import procedures, customs or security controls, cargo flight availability and scheduling, seasonal demand, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier capacity, extraordinary inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where consumers are protected by applicable laws establishing a mandatory maximum delivery period, such statutory period and the corresponding consumer rights shall prevail over this policy.

2 – SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping always carries a cost, which depends on the destination zone. The amount applicable to each order is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The shipping amount charged reflects only part of the actual carriage cost of an international shipment; the remainder is absorbed by Ar Store. Rates may change, and the rate displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed is the one that applies to that order.

3 – IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES: DDP AND DDU DESTINATIONS

Whether import duties and taxes are included in the amount paid at checkout depends on the destination country. This is determined by the customs rules of the destination country and by the shipping service used, not by Ar Store.

3.1 – Destinations shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For the destinations listed below, the customer pays nothing additional upon delivery. Ar Store manages and covers the applicable import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges within the standard shipping service. The amount paid at checkout is the final amount for the order.

  • European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
  • Monaco, which forms part of the European Union customs territory
  • United Kingdom
  • United States and Canada
  • Australia and New Zealand

3.2 – Destinations shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

For the destinations listed below, import duties, import taxes, VAT and customs clearance or handling fees are not included in the amount paid to Ar Store. They are set by the authorities of the destination country and are payable by the recipient, directly to the carrier or to the customs authority, before the parcel can be released.

  • Europe outside the European Union: Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Montenegro, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine
  • Middle East and Asia: Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Armenia, Azerbaijan, India, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Thailand
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Caribbean Netherlands, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

These amounts are set by the destination country, can be significant in some territories, and cannot be calculated or controlled by Ar Store in advance. Customers shipping to a DDU destination are asked to check the import rules and charges applicable in their country before placing an order.

By completing an order to a DDU destination, the customer accepts that these charges are payable by the recipient, and that a parcel refused, abandoned or left uncollected because of them is dealt with under section 5 of our Refund Policy.

4 – FEDEX EXPRESS: DDU

FedEx Express is used only when the customer expressly selects this option at checkout or specifically requests and accepts it.

FedEx Express shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis to every destination, including those listed in section 3.1. Import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier clearance fees may therefore be requested from the recipient and are not included in the amount paid to Ar Store.

By selecting FedEx Express, the customer accepts responsibility for these destination charges and for providing any information required by customs or the carrier.

5 – TRACKING AND INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent when available. Tracking may take several days to show its first update after the order enters the international logistics network.

Customers should monitor tracking and respond promptly to carrier requests or collection notices.

International shipments may involve multiple logistics operators and carriers throughout the different stages of transportation.

An order may initially travel as part of consolidated cargo and under internal logistics references before being transferred to the carrier responsible for final-mile delivery.

As a result, a tracking number for the final-mile carrier may be generated or assigned before that carrier has physically received the parcel.

The electronic creation of a shipping label or tracking number does not mean that the parcel has already been physically received or scanned by the final-mile carrier.

During export processing, flight allocation, international transportation, unloading, deconsolidation, import processing, customs clearance, or transfer between logistics operators, the public tracking information provided by the final-mile carrier may temporarily show no updates.

In such circumstances, Ar Store may have access to additional shipment information provided by the international logistics operator or through its internal logistics systems.

The final-mile carrier initially associated with an order may change during international transit due to operational requirements, routing, availability, or local distribution arrangements.

If this occurs, the new carrier or tracking number will be updated in the customer's account as soon as the information has been confirmed by the logistics operator.

The initial assignment of a final-mile tracking number does not guarantee that the same carrier will ultimately perform the final delivery until the parcel has been physically inducted into that carrier's network.

6 – SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER

The customer must provide a complete and accurate name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. If an address error is reported before dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once logistics processing has begun.

Ar Store is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned for this reason, any refund is dealt with under section 5 of our Refund Policy.

A temporary absence of updates on public tracking does not, by itself, mean that a parcel has been lost, particularly where information provided by the logistics operator confirms that the shipment remains in transit, undergoing import processing, customs clearance, deconsolidation, or transfer between logistics operators.

If a shipment remains without a significant tracking update for an unusually long period, Ar Store may open an investigation or trace request with the relevant logistics operator.

If the carrier or logistics operator confirms that the shipment has been lost, cannot reasonably be located, or delivery cannot be completed, Ar Store will provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law, including replacement or refund where required.

An operational, transportation, or customs delay does not, by itself, constitute confirmation that a shipment has been lost.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

7 – DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, COLLECTION POINTS AND REFUSED PARCELS

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may make another attempt or leave the parcel at an authorised collection point. The customer is responsible for collecting it within the carrier's stated period.

Where a parcel is returned to Ar Store because it was refused, because import charges due at a DDU destination were not paid, because it was not collected within the carrier's holding period, or because delivery repeatedly failed for a reason attributable to the customer, the customer may choose between reshipment, which is charged separately as a new delivery, and a refund.

In either case the consequences are set out in section 5 of our Refund Policy, which states what is refunded and which costs are deducted.

8 – DELAYS, LOSS AND NON-RECEIPT

Carrier scans and proof of delivery are important evidence, but claims are assessed using all available information. If tracking shows delivery and the customer cannot locate the parcel, they must contact Ar Store promptly so that the delivery details can be reviewed.

If a shipment exceeds the expected period, stops updating for an unusual length of time or is confirmed lost, please contact us. Ar Store will review the tracking and available carrier information and, where loss is confirmed or delivery can no longer reasonably be completed, provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.

Delays caused by customs controls, carriers, force majeure, transport disruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not automatically make Ar Store liable for consequential losses. This does not limit the customer's mandatory statutory rights.

For the purposes of this Shipping Policy, “shipped” or “dispatched” means that the order has completed the preparation process and has been physically handed over to the logistics operator to begin transportation. It does not mean that the order has been delivered to the customer, nor does it necessarily mean that it has already been physically received by the final-mile carrier.

9 – DESTINATIONS SERVED

Ar Store ships only to the destinations available at checkout. If a country does not appear as a shipping option, we are not able to deliver there.

10 – CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request cancellation before the order enters logistics processing. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation, export processing or dispatch arrangements have started.

This section does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal that applies after delivery.
